About paying for Sidecar.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on either plan. You add a card when you start the trial, and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What counts as a location?
A physical shop with its own till and its own stock. If you're not sure how your setup counts, ask us on a walkthrough.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Pay monthly, or annually for a lower monthly price, and cancel whenever you like.
What's the difference between Insight and Command?
Insight is a weekly report every Sunday, by email with a full PDF: what to know about the week, then sales, products, customers, money, staff and stock. Command adds every dashboard, live, and customer list exports. Each is one price for the whole business, however many locations you have. You can switch at any time.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, once: $50 for Insight or $100 for Command. It's charged with your first payment after the free trial, so nothing is charged while you're trying Sidecar.
What does the history import cost?
Nothing extra. Up to 3 years of history is included in every plan.
